About the program
At Charles Sturt University, we’ve completely reimagined the way communication is taught. You’ll learn from academics, industry experts and alumni in physical and virtual environments. Listen to your lectures via podcasts, attend masterclasses and take part in hands-on workshops in our studios and labs.
Your Communication (with specialisations) degree will prepare you to be industry ready when you graduate. In your first year, you’ll respond to briefs from industry developing your core communication skills. In your second year, you’ll work in a collaborative environment with your peers, coming up with new ideas to connect with audiences.
Then in your third year, you’ll launch your career undertaking work placements and real-world projects.
We’ve made sure this degree is truly flexible. You can complete your studies in either two and a half years or three years. We’ve also condensed the timetable into two days so you can more easily balance study, work and life. You can leave with a qualification at the end of each completed year of study if you need to.
